We encourage involved parental/guardian support!

We need your connection to the school and the classroom. It is important that a positive strong bond develops between the classroom teacher and parent, guardian or caregiver. We have a challenging job ahead of us and we must work and support each other for the benefit of our students. We hope to provide many opportunities for parents to become involved at Avalon Gardens and encourage you to volunteer.

  • Apply to multiple school choice programs offered by L.A. Unified.
  • eChoices (Magnet, Permits With Transportation and Dual Language), Zones of Choice, Incoming Inter-District Permits, District K-12 Open Enrollment and Conservatory of Fine Arts.
  • Manage your application(s).
  • Access Parent portal to monitor student's attendance, final grades, update emergency telephone numbers, track student's progress towards completion of graduation requirements and many more...
